Temple of Hephaestus, Greece – UNESCO Site

The Temple of Hephaestus is one of the best-preserved temples in the Greek Acropolis. Not as famous as Parthenon for some reason, and quite a hike from there, as well, as you can tell from one of the pics where  I took a shot of Parthenon from Hephaestus (wiki). Per usual, you aren’t allowed to enter the temple, but as the photos show, the columns are in good condition & most of the roof is intact. This is quite an achievement, sine it was built over 2,460 years ago….
