Classic Fiat Cars, Torino, Italy

After living in Italy for almost two years, rotating back to the USA every other month or so, one can’t help but develop an appreciation for fine automobiles. As you zip around the edges of mountains at 90mph and feel the wind as Ferraris effortlessly fly by at 125mph, you begin to enjoy seeing sports cars. I worked for Fiat/IBM in Italy and one day they had an exhibit of some of classics. Here are some pics of truly old cars, but evidently they must have tore up the roads back in the day.

My top speed has been only 150mph, on both the Italian and German autobahns. Why only 150mph? Limitations of the Alfa Romeo Spider I drove a lot in Italy, and common sense.
